Visa Invitation Letter – Instructions

Participants who require a visa to attend the IRNOP 2026 Conference (3–5 June 2026, Delft, The Netherlands) may request an official invitation letter.

Before requesting a visa invitation letter, participants must first register for the conference and complete payment of the conference fee.

To request the letter:

1. Download the Visa Invitation Letter template.

2. Fill in the required information, including:

   • Your full name and institution

   • Country of residence

   • Your planned arrival and departure dates in the Netherlands

   • Whether you will present a paper, and the title of the paper (if applicable)

3. Email the completed template to i.batterham@tudelft.nl.

Once received, the letter will be reviewed, signed by the conference organizers, and returned to you by email.

Please note that the invitation letter is issued only to support visa applications. All travel, accommodation, and personal expenses remain the responsibility of the participant.
